Refund Policy

1. Overview

All payments for SeafarerHub subscriptions and purchases are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. This refund policy applies to both Pro Monthly subscriptions and Lifetime Pro purchases.

2. Pro Monthly Subscription (₹99/month)

  • 7-Day Free Trial: All new Pro Monthly subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during this period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without any charge.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing cycle.
  • Refund Eligibility: If you are charged after your trial and wish to request a refund, you may do so within 48 hours of the charge. Refunds requested after 48 hours are not guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Lifetime Pro (₹1,499 one-time)

  • Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the premium features extensively.
  • After 7 Days: Refund requests after 7 days are not eligible, as Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase with perpetual access.

4. Payment Failures

If a payment fails but money has been deducted from your account:

  • Auto-reversal: In most cases, Razorpay will automatically reverse the transaction within 5–7 business days.
  • No Auto-reversal: If the amount is not reversed within 7 business days, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID and we will initiate a manual refund.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are charged twice for the same purchase, contact us immediately and the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through our Contact page or Help & Support with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Razorpay Payment ID (starts with "pay_")
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Date of the transaction

6. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through Razorpay. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your bank account or payment method, depending on your bank's processing time.
