1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SeafarerHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

SeafarerHub is a career management dashboard for seafarers and merchant navy professionals. It provides tools for tracking voyages, managing certifications, monitoring sea time, and career planning. The platform is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product with free and paid tiers.

3. User Accounts

  • •You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • •You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Free and Paid Plans

SeafarerHub offers the following plans:

  • •Free Plan: Limited to 2 voyages and 2 certifications. Access to basic features only.
  • •Pro Monthly (₹99/month): Unlimited voyages, certificates, career analytics, priority alerts, and data export. Includes a 7-day free trial.
  • •Lifetime Pro (₹1,499 one-time): All Pro features with lifetime access and all future updates.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

  • •All payments are processed securely through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (₹ INR).
  • •Pro Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
  • •You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • •Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges.

6. User Data & Content

  • •You retain ownership of all data you enter into SeafarerHub.
  • •You are responsible for the accuracy of your career records.
  • •We do not verify the authenticity of certificates or documents — SeafarerHub is a tracking tool, not a verification authority.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • •Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
  • •Use automated tools to scrape or access the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

SeafarerHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, career decisions based on information in the platform, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove your data from our servers.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SeafarerHub after updates constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

11. Data Retention & Deletion Policy

To protect user privacy and optimize our storage, any free accounts maintaining 5 months of total inactivity will have their associated data automatically purged from our servers. Pro Monthly accounts that have expired and remained inactive for 5 months will also be subject to this data deletion policy. We recommend exporting your data if you plan to be inactive for extended periods.
